Facility Use Information
Requests for building use are managed through the church office and the Church Council. No commitment for building use is finalized until the Facility Use Agreement and Building Request Form have been approved and executed through the church office. When possible we will attempt to make our facility available to local organizations and individuals for one-time or short-term usage, but our first priority is to congregation programs and membership needs. All building use must be approved by the Church Council in advance. Please plan ahead as the Council only meets monthly on the first Wednesday of each month.
Check the calendar below for the availability of the date you want. If available, review and sign the Facility Use Agreement. Detach the signature portion and attach it to the Building Request form, then submit these along with a cleaning deposit (refundable if acceptable cleaning is done after your event) to the church office. At the end of your event, please complete and sign the checklist found on the clipboard in the kitchen area.
